Leaders who use their communication skills to lead their group have no trouble explaining instructions and answering questions from their peers. These kinds of leaders also know how to effectively deliver presentations and notifications. Good communication skills reduce misunderstandings and mistakes within the workplace. This is a great attribute for any leader to have to facilitate a clear understanding.
While it is one thing to lead by example, it’s not uncommon for some individuals to get stuck or feel a bit unsure of their efforts.
